Principle # 4 Volunteers are vital to success.

If you are a volunteer, never underestimate the importance of what you do. As a volunteer, you’re the church’s most valued treasure. By serving in a position without pay or compensation, your labor benefits the church ministries and allows funds to be spent elsewhere. While you are doing what God has called you to do, others in the church depend upon you so they can accomplish their calling as well. In addition, your service is an encouragement to all.
