Title: The Passion of Christ

  

The Passion of Christ is told in all four gospel accounts.

Ash WednesdayMarks the beginning of lent. So called Ash Wednesday because of the ceremony of putting ashes on one’s forehead as a sign of penitence.

Lent – is a forty (40) day period from Ash Wednesday to Easter eve recalling our Lord’s forty days in the wilderness. It is usually accompanied with fasting of some sort and with penitence.
