Team Work makes the Dream Work!

Those are the words of John Maxwell, a well known author of leadership principles.

Recently, I had the privilege of playing Simon Peter in an Easter Drama done by our congregation. We selected different parts to play, someone volunteered to be the director, someone else to do the sound, someone to take care of promotion and several people worked on costumes and props. It was a lot of hard work but also it was a lot of fun. The drama went off without any problems, although at times we had ours doubts and worries. Individuals who saw the drama said it was the best they had seen done by that congregation.

The point being, no one could have done it all by themselves. "It took team work to make the dream work."

What is true in the church is also true in business and any other worth while project we engage in. Things always goes better when we are on the same team working together.
